Controlling blood pressure Take a glass of water. Dip two pieces of five Mukhis in it, preferably after sun set. Drink it when you get up in the morning, before any other intake. Whenever you feel nervous due to sudden shock and feel cold, just hold it tight in your right palm for ten minutes. You will regain your confidence and body will start warming up.

Mala(Rudraksha Rosary) has been used since time immemorial by Yogis to attain Siddhi (special occult powers) and the grace of God. Rudraksha bead is a bead with special powers and is also known as the bead of the Yogic bead. All Mantras of Lord Shiva can only be chanted with the Rudraksh rosary. Here you will find one method of consecrating and energizing the Rudraksh Mala. There are other methods also. In case due to certain circumstances you cannot- get the same done by someone knowledgeable. A consecrated Rudraksh Mala has got tremendous powers. The mantras for consecrating other faceted beads are different. This consecration applies only to a Rudraksha rosary that has five faceted Rudraksha beads(Panch Mukhi Rudraksha Beads). While stringing the beads each bead is energized with Shiva Mantra and then the rosary is washed with pure water chanting the Sadyojaat Mantra which is as follows "Om Sadyojaatam Prapadyaami Sadyojaatave Namo Namah. Bhave Bhave Naati Bhave Bhavaswamaam Bhavodbhavaay Namah." After completion of the above step the Rudraksha Rosary is smeared with sandalwood paste, Ashatgandha (mixture of eight fragrances) and kesar (saffron) while chanting the Vaamdev Mantra." Om Vaamdevaay Namo Jyeshtthaay Shreshtthay Namo Rudraay Namah Kar Vilarannaay Namo Val Vikarannaay Namo. Valaay Namo Bal Prathamaay Namo Sarva Bhoot Damanaay Namo Manomanaay Namah.". The Vaamdev Mantra gives the Rosary to protect from negative powers and spirits. After completion of the above step the Rudraksha Rosary is energized with the Aghor Mantra while showing incense smoke to the rosary. Aghor Mantra -" Om Aghorebhyo Ghorebhyo Ghor Ghor Tarebhaya Savebhya Sarva Sharvebhyo Namaste Astu Rudra Roopebhyo" After completion of the above step the Rudraksh Mala is smeared with saffron chanting the following Tatpurush Mantra." Om Tatpurushaay Vidmahe Mahaadevaay Dheemahi Tannorudraay Prachodayaat.", Next Each Rudraksha Bead should be consecrated and energized using the Eeshaan Mantra." Om Eeshaanah Sarvavidhaanaam Eeshwar Sarvabhootaanaam Brahmaadipati Brahmaadhi Patim Brahma Shivoham Astho Sadaa Shivom." After completing the steps described above join both palms in a Namaskar Mudra( Joining of both hands as if in prayer) and then chant the following mantra." Maale Maale Mahaa Maale Sarvashakti Samanvite Chaturvargaa Tvayinyistah Tasmaan Me Siddhidaa Bhav". Upon completion of the above described steps the Rudraksha Rosary becomes divine and appropriate for mantra chanting. All Rudra mantras and the majority of the mantras including the planetary mantras can be chanted on this rosary. The rosary creates a divine Armour around it's worshipper and bestows health ,wealth and success while protecting from evil eye and black magic as Vaamdev Mantra is also chanted during the consecration. After consecration the rosary should be placed in the worship place or in a place that is free from dust and grease. If you find it difficult to consecrate the rosary then you should wash the rosary in pure water and chant the mantra Om Namah Shivay before wearing the bead. How to get the Maximum Benefits from your Rudraksha Rosary. Keep Separate Rudraksha Rosaries for mantra chanting and wearing. After Mantra chanting wear the mantra chanting rosary for at least 5 minutes and let your body absorb the positive energy generated by mantra chanting. Make sure that the Rudraksha Rosary does not touch the ground as this will make it impure. Do not give your rosary to friends and relatives for use. Each person should have a different rosary.
